non linear differential equation help please

hi i have a separable integration which i have worked out.

    as y+ (1/y)= t+ c

from here i need to get the equation in terms of y(t) and i know this is really simple i jus dont know why i am unable to do this...

    PLEASE HELP

    Multiply both sides by y:

    y^2 + 1 = (t + C)y \Rightarrow y^2 - (t + C)y + 1 = 0.

Now solve for y using the quadratic formula.
