    inhomogenous d .e

how do i solve this? \frac{d^2y}{dx^2}+2\frac{dy}{dx}+2y=10exp(-x)sinx any ideas? the complementary function is exp(-x)(Acosx+Bsinx) for this reason should the trial particular integral be erm,,,, xexp(-x)(Dcosx+csinx)???

i've basically never met an example like this and dont know what the trial yp should be?!Inhomogeneous 2nd-order differential equations

Do you know the method of variation of parameters?

This would be easier if you already know the method.

If not is the correct form of yp.

Did you make your professor mad or something? This is tedious but not
    complicated.
