Thread: Differential equations in matrix form

I have the information as followed:

A1 dh1/dt= - (h1-h2)/R1
A2 dh2/dt= (h1-h2)/R1 - h2/R2

And are told to suppose that A1=A2=1 metre squared and R1=R2= 1minute per metre squared.

Need to be able to write differential equations in the matrix form? PLEASE HELP
