y' = tan(x)*y has the trivial solution y=0

Otherwise

y' = tan(x)*y

<=> $\displaystyle \frac{y'}{y} = tan x$

<=>$\displaystyle \frac{1}{y}\frac{dy}{dx} = tan x$

<=> $\displaystyle \frac{1}{y}dy = tan(x) dx$

<=> $\displaystyle \int \frac{1}{y}dy = \int tan(x) dx + C$

<=> ln|y| = ...
