Thread: General Solution of Differential Equation

2x(y^2 + y) dx + (x^2 -1) y dy = 0

I tried to see if they were an exact equation and I came up with 4xy+2x and 2yx which does not make it an exact equation.

Any help would be great.

The differential equation is seperable.
