Consider the autonomous DE dx/dt=(x2-36)(a-x)2, where a>10 is a constant. Draw the phase diagram. Sketch an approximate graph of the solution curve x=x(t) satisfying x(0)=8

I get that the equilibrium points are x=-6,+6, but I don't really know what to do with the (a-x)2 .

due to the presence of $(x-a)^2$, there will be another equilibrium point at x=a.
