Solving differential equation

I have the following differential equation

$\displaystyle \frac{\partial b}{\partial x}=\frac{b-c}{c^{2}}$

where $\displaystyle b$ and $\displaystyle c$ are both functions of $\displaystyle x$. However, although

I have a closed form relation between $\displaystyle c$ and $\displaystyle x$, I do not have

such a closed form relation between $\displaystyle b$ and $\displaystyle x$. Is there any analytic

or numeric way to solve this problem. I want a solution linking $\displaystyle b$,

$\displaystyle c$ and $\displaystyle x$.
