Need help getting started
Can anyone please explain what steps I need to take to solve this problem? I'm having difficulties even beginning it.

$\frac{x dx}{(x^2+y^2)^{3/2}} = - \frac{y dy}{(x^2+y^2)^{3/2}}$
multiply both sides by $(x^2+y^2)^{3/2}$
$x dx = - y dy$
$- \frac{x^2}{2} + c = \frac{y^2}{2}$
