    Inverse Laplace Transform

I know the inverse laplace of F(s) would be delta (unit impulse) however what is the inverse transform of the value 10F(s)?

    Thank you in advance

    Re: Inverse Laplace Transform

    Hello Matthew,
    If f_1(t) \leftrightarrow F_1(s), f_2(t) \leftrightarrow F_2(s) then a f_1(t) + b f_2(t) \leftrightarrow a F_1(s) + b F_2(s) by Superposition use this to find the inverse Laplace of 10 F(s)

The differential equation is correct except that on RHS it has to be \delta(t) not \delta(x) as independent variable is t

    Kalyan.
