I know the inverse laplace of F(s) would be delta (unit impulse) however what is the inverse transform of the value 10F(s)?

If $\displaystyle f_1(t) \leftrightarrow F_1(s), f_2(t) \leftrightarrow F_2(s) $ then $\displaystyle a f_1(t) + b f_2(t) \leftrightarrow a F_1(s) + b F_2(s)$ by Superposition use this to find the inverse Laplace of $\displaystyle 10 F(s)$
The differential equation is correct except that on RHS it has to be $\displaystyle \delta(t)$ not $\displaystyle \delta(x)$ as independent variable is $\displaystyle t$
