I know the inverse laplace of F(s) would be delta (unit impulse) however what is the inverse transform of the value 10F(s)?

Hello Matthew,
If $f_1(t) \leftrightarrow F_1(s), f_2(t) \leftrightarrow F_2(s)$ then $a f_1(t) + b f_2(t) \leftrightarrow a F_1(s) + b F_2(s)$ by Superposition use this to find the inverse Laplace of $10 F(s)$

The differential equation is correct except that on RHS it has to be $\delta(t)$ not $\delta(x)$ as independent variable is $t$
