Can you be more specific about which part you need some help?

i cannot understand any part of any question so please tell what i hae to do now

Are you serious? You are taking a course in which you are asked to determine whether or not a differential equation is "exact" but do not know what "exact differential equation" means? You are asked to integrate "by "partial fractions" but do not know what "partial fractions" means? Then you need far more help than we can give you. You had better talk to your teacher about this.
