I've solved the following PDE by treating it as an ODE:

$\displaystyle u_{yy} + 10u_{y} + 25u = e^{-5y}$

My solution is

$\displaystyle u(x, y) = (A + By + 0.5y^2)e^{-5y}$

Have I treated the constants correctly?
