## finite differential equation solution

I am studying a process in the economy, which could be formalized as a finite differential equation, namely dx(t) = 13.2 - 2.2x(t) (I could not insert the greek capital delta). With initial value not equal 6 it reveals oscilllations. Yet it looks like there are no oscillations in the solution of differential equation x' = 13.2 - 2.2x. (may be I am mistaken). So these two equations describe different processes? Somehow it goes against my intuition. Please, help me with that.
