    Assuming that you wanted to integrate this with respect to t (since there are not any x terms)

    \displaystyle \begin{align*} \int{1 + \cos{\left(2\pi n t\right)}\,dt} &= t + \frac{1}{2\pi n}\sin{\left(2\pi n t\right)} + C \end{align*}
