$\frac{dy}{dx}=3y^2-y$

$\int\frac{dy}{3y^2-y}=\int dx$

What have you tried? Where are you stuck? Have you consulted your class notes or textbook? If you are trying to solve differential equations, it is expected that you have the necessary experience in techniques of integration or have gone back and thoroughly revised those techniques ....
