Thread: First-order linear differential equation I keep getting wrong!

The question is:
"Solve the initial problem: [the_picture], t > -1 with y(0) = 18.

My work is attached. #8 is the problem I keep getting wrong. I would really appreciate it if someone could catch my mistake!

Just as a suggestion, in cases like this, while it is helpful to post that you've solved your problem, it's even more helpful if you mark your thread as solved. I've gone ahead and done that for you. You can click under Thread Tools at the top of the OP to get to that option.
