Thread: Green's function

I am new to the concepts of Green's function and I need some references about Time harmonic green's function in 2D and 3D isotropic elasticity. So would you please suggest me some manuscripts or book.

Green's functions are a general method for solving differential equations. So you can find them in every "Partial Differential Equations" book.

Maybe it is better to understand the simple cases und introduction of Green's function before you read about them in isotropic elasticity.
