Solving second order non-homogenous DE

Hey, I've got one question left on my vac work and I'm just not sure how to do it.

I'm not sure how to type it so I copied and pasted off wolfram alpha but that's the question. I can solve them when they have a y term but I'm unsure in this case.

I tried setting the RHS to 0, substituted y=e^mx and got m= 0 or -2. However, when I solved the LHS setting y= Cx^2 + Dx + E and equating coefficients, I found I couldn't equate them as there was no x^2 term, if some one could point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful.
