    second order lenear equation 10

    (1+x^2)y''+4y'=e^x
    y(x0)=y0 y'(x0)=z0
    how to solve this one?

    and i need to deside which of the following statements are true:

    which of the following contains x0 which has a single solution to the equation above?
    a.every segment wich contains x0 but dont contains 0
    b.every segment wich contains x0
    c.every segment wich contains x0 and contains 0
    d. every segment wich contains x0 but dont contains 1
    e.there is no such segment
