$\displaystyle \displaystyle \int \frac{dy}{y}= \int \frac{4}{x}~dx$
$\displaystyle \displaystyle \ln y = 4\int \frac{1}{x}~dx$
$\displaystyle \displaystyle \ln y = 4\ln x +C$
$\displaystyle \displaystyle y = e^{4\ln x +C}$
