Modified Green's Function

Hi all;
I need the solution of the following question :
Find the modified Green's function for the systems

$y''-\lambday=0 , y(0)=y(1) , y'(0)=y'(1)$

I actually have a similar question, but for anyone to help you you will need to post an attempt at your solution.

The way I was taught to do these questions was by solving for the Green's Function that satisfies the following
$G''(x,\xi) = \delta(x - \xi),\; G(0,\xi) = G(1,\xi),\; G'(0,\xi) = G'(1,\xi)$ .
