$\displaystyle L_{y}=(d/ds)(s dy/ds)-(n^2/s)y , n\not =0$

with the end conditions $\displaystyle y(0)=y(1)=0$

So are you trying to verify that a given function is indeed the Green's function of this operator, or are you trying to construct it from scratch?
