    Just need help getting something into standard form

    I need to get this into standard form to do an initial value problem.
    (4-t^2)y'+2ty=3t^2

    My GUESS is that it becomes y'+2y/4-t=3/4 but I have the feeling this probably isn't right. Help please!

    y'+\frac{2t}{4-t^2}y=\frac{3t^2}{4-t^2}

    Now try integrating factor method.
