Just need help getting something into standard form

I need to get this into standard form to do an initial value problem.
$(4-t^2)y'+2ty=3t^2$

My GUESS is that it becomes $y'+2y/4-t=3/4$ but I have the feeling this probably isn't right. Help please!

$y'+\frac{2t}{4-t^2}y=\frac{3t^2}{4-t^2}$

Now try integrating factor method.
