    Diff eq IVP

    R(dV_e/dt) + (1/C)V_e + P_ex = 0

    t_i < t < t_tot

    Solve for V_e (t)

    Where V_e (t_i) = V_T

    P_ex is a constant

    It is of the simplest type, a 1st order non-homogeneous linear IVP. I'm sure you can find the solution formula in the tutorial at the top of the thread list.

    V_e = C(-P_ex)(e^(t/RC) - 1)
