    You can solve this via separation of variables. Look at the second paragraph in that topic, that should make it pretty clear how to solve this.

    A good start may be writing the DE as...

    y\cdot dy= \frac{7}{4}\cdot \frac{x}{\sqrt{1+x^{2}}}\cdot dx
