    Another problem

Hi, I am having trouble doing this problem in my homework:

    Euler-Cauchy equation:
Please solve and show details of the following

    $\displaystyle x^2y^{''}+xy^{'}+9y=0$

    where
    $\displaystyle y(1)=2$ and $\displaystyle y^{'}(1)=0$

    thanks
