if possible with step by step using Laplace transform, because
I not only want the answer, but also learn how to solve them:

3pi/s^2 + 9pi^2

2. Have you not been taught how to get a frequency response from the Laplace transform representation of a transfer function?

(just replace $\displaystyle s$ by $\displaystyle i\omega$)

It is worth simplifying these, (and the last question looks like it has a typo) but they look OK. You might want to turn them into amplitude and phase form.
