Derivatives of General Exp and Log Fctns
Find the derivative function for the following:
i) y=(2^x)log_2(x^4)
ii) p=2log_3(5^s)-log_3(4^s)
Can someone just verify with me the correct answer (not sure if the back is wrong)

the back of the book has:

y'=[2^(x+2)/xln2][xlog_2(x)(ln2)^2+1]

ii) my answer: p'=2/5^s - 1/4^s (1/ln3)

Using the product rule I get

$y' = 2^{x\ln(2)}\times \log_2(x^4)+ 2^x\times\frac{4}{x}$
