if a formula of a plane is Ax+By+cZ=0
what is the meaning of
A(x-x0)+B(y-y0)+C(z-z0)=0
??
its about divergent
Perhaps I shouldn't have given you bad reputation for your last post, but it is scarcely intelligible though there are glimmers of truth in it. Failure answered your question well. At any point on any plane Ax+By+Cz+d=0 the vector (A,B,C) starting from that point is normal to the plane. And the point (x0,y0,z0) is on your new plane and does have a normal like that of course.
But what is "formula of a place" supposed to mean. The equation of the plane is certainly not the equation of the normal which is how I first read your post.
Maybe English is not your first language - but whether it is or not you need to express your thoughts much more clearly otherwise nobody will understand what you are trying to say.
