any alternative method

Is there any other method to solve this(below) without using the division formula
find
$<br /> \frac{dy}{dx}<br />$
if
$<br /> y=\frac {1 +{\sqrt{x}}}{1 -{\sqrt{x}}}<br />$

Perhaps multiply above and below by ${1 +{\sqrt{x}}}$ and simplify?
Or use the product rule with $({1 - \sqrt{x}})^{-1}$ ..
