I'm not sure how to solve this integral problem

    ∫(cos(2x+1)•cos(4x-2)•sin(x))dx

I tried expanding this by using trig identities, but it got ridiculously long! So I'm wondering if there's an easier way to solve this. Some kind of "u" or trig substitution I'm not thinking of? Or a combination of the two? I'd really, really appreciate any ideas and help for this problem! Thanks!
