Find the positive value of x which satisfies...

    Hi Community,

I was wondering if someone could tell what steps I need to do in order to solve the problem. I'd like to try and work it out myself and then post my work.

    Problem:
\text {Find the positive value of x which satisfies } x=4.200 sin(x)
Thanks!

use Newton's method (do you know what that is?). x = 2.5 is a good place to start a guess
