The idea is correct.
You set the two parts equal to each other, so there isn't a jump.

I tried to solve for c but I think I missed a step. Here's what I did..Code:piecewise function: f(x) = ct + 5 if t ε (-inf, 7] ct^2 - 5 if t ε (7, inf)
Code:c(7) + 5 = c(7)^2 - 5 7c + 5 = 14c - 5 10/7 = c
any help would be appreciated!
