Thread: finding quadratic

I need to find any quadratics that are tangent to y=-5x-10, y=-3x-7 and to y=x-7 given that the y intercept = c-(m-b)^2/4a.

I figure I can work out m for each above and sub into the y intercpet formula and I am given the y intercept in all three cases.

But form there I get lossed in the algebra. I don't know the technique of solving 3 equations with 3 variables.

Any help is greatly appreaciated.
