Divergence question for i, j, k vector notation

    Hey everyone,

I'm looking at examples of how these types of problem are solved and they always seem to give just one number - i.e a scalar integer.

    Is this always the case?

Here is the question I'm looking at; it's number 6 part(iii) attatched.

    Cheers in advance!
