Thread: Simplification to use a integral identity

I have a complex equation that i need to integrate, and I have been given an integral identity to use though i am really struggling to simplify and equation to get into the form of the identity.
can someone please have a look at the attached PDF and look through my working and see where i might be going wrong in creating the equation to use the integral identity and if it is correct give me a little help on how to simply the equation
