finding max min dimensions of cylinder that will give the biggest surface area.

i need to know the measurements(height and radius) of the cylinder that will give the biggest surface area, using the material 2m^2. It also has to fit a tennis racket of 32 cm width, and 68.5cm inside.

so min is (32, 68.5) . the variables are h and r... how do you solve this? thank you!!
