Find the curvature of r(t)=<5 cos t, t , 5 sin t> at the point(5,2Pi,0)
Is there a formula to calculate this I cannot seem to find it.

The general formula is k = |dT/dt|/|dr/dt| where T is the unit tangent
You should get 5/26
