    Integrability of a function

Can anyone give me a brief discription of thier OWN coceptualized image or an analogy that will help me better understand the definition of the integral and when function is integrable? Please.

An integral (generally) is the area bounded by the graph of f. Look here Integrable function - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia for info on integrable functions
