    Partial fractions to find anti derivative

    integral sign dx/x(x+4)^2

    I am confused on what to do with the dx on top of the fraction.

    \int\!\frac{dx}{x(x+4)^2}=\int\!\frac1{x(x+4)^2}\,  dx

    Use partial fraction decomposition, as instructed.
