    first find y'

    then compute \frac {3y}{2x} - \frac 1y (by replacing y with the given function of x) and show that you get the same thing

    I have replaced the Y but I cant see how to get the same as above

    well, find y', which i suppose you did. then you should see the expressions for y in there, replace them with y, and that verifies what we want
