Thread: very dumb question

a) find the first four terms of the Maclaurin series of ln(1+x)

b) then the next question asked to use the information from above (part a) "to write the forumla for the series of ln(x+1), then find the interval of convergence for the series.

Again this was a question on a test. I got part "a" right but could not get part b. Thanks again in advance.
