    Exclamation Real urgent need help asap!!!!!!!

    The problem is as follows: A particle moves along the x-axis with the position at time t given by x(t) = e^ -t sin t for 0 < or equal to t < or equal to 2pi


    a) find the time t at which the particle is farthest to the left. justify your answer.
    b) find the value of the constant A for which x(t) satisfies the equation Ax'' (t) + x'(t) + x(t) = 0

    Won't "furthest to the left" be the minimum value?

    What did you get for the first and second derivatives of x(t)? When you set up the equation, what did you get?
