Polynomial that approx w/ error less then 10^-3

How would you find a polynomial that will approximate throughout the given interval with an error of magnitude less than 10^-3?

    F(x)= (integral 0 to x)t^2e^-t^2 dt [0,1]

    I got : series n=0 to infinity [t^2n+3/n!(2n+3)] [0 to x]
I'm not sure how to figure out what x is though so that I can approximate the error. Anyone know how to do this?
