    Two triple integrals

    Not sure how to do these, any help will be appreciated.

    for the first one dv = r dr d\theta dz, remember x = r cos \theta. the r goes from 2 -> 3 \theta goes form o to 2pi. the z limit are from 0 to r ( \cos \theta + \sin \theta) + 5. order matters here, do the z integral first.

    for the second one, use dv = r^2 sin \theta dr d\theta d \phi, using limits r going form 1 to 2 , \theta form 0 o pi and \phi form 0 to 2pi. and remember z = r cos\theta.
