$u = \frac{y}{x} \Rightarrow y = x u$ . To get $\frac{dy}{dx}$ you have to use the product rule: $\frac{dy}{dx} = u + x \frac{du}{dx}$ .

So your DE becomes $u + x \frac{du}{dx} = u + e^{5u} \, ....$
