    Centre of gravity

    The profile mof the tip of a blade has the equation
    y=0.3 sinx for 0 < x > pie/2 Determine the centroid of profile

    \bar{y} = \frac{\int_a^b \frac{1}{2} [f(x)]^2 \, dx}{\int_a^b f(x) \, dx}

    an alternative is to use the second Theorem of Pappus.
