For a) the denominator never equals 0 and for b) z=-3 d) z=0 not sure about c)

You run into a problem at x=0, because $\frac{1}{x}$ is undefined there.

Just in case you weren't sure but needed it later:

$sinh(\frac{1}{x}) = \frac{e^{\frac{1}{x}}-e^{-\frac{1}{x}}}{2}$

Im not sure what solution the question is asking. Its asking for, its asking to determine the nature. How would I answer that for each part?
