Applied Calculus help needed

Hello all , I am in a bit of a quandry as I am currently serving in Afghanistan and have been prevented from bringing all of my text books , therefore I have no reference to look up to enable me to do this question .This question has got me really stumped does anybody know how to do it please , if so would it be possible to maybe give me an example with different values to enable me to tailor it so that I can do it myself , many thanks in advance, any help whatsoever is appreciated .

- In an electrical circuit an alternating voltage is given by
*v=25*

*Sin*100π*t volts*- Determine:
- the mean and
- the r.m.s.

values each correct to 2 decimal places over the range *t = 0 *to *t = 10 *ms.
