Solve for x.

$f(x)=log_3x+log_3(x-2)=1$

what have you done? or based on your own notes, what can you do?

I don't know where to start. We reviewed logarithms before finding the derivatives of logarithms and this is the only question I have.

Is there a way to simplify this first?

then $\log_a f(x) + \log_a g(x) = \log_a f(x)g(x)$ should be part of the review..
