Need help finding volume by cylindrical shells or disk(washers)

The directions are use the best method available to find each volume.

The problem:
The region bounded by y=x+2, y=-x-2, and x=0 revolved about (a) y=-2 and then (b) the y-axis

i am having alot of trouble with problems like these. Please help if you can.

so i got some help and came up with 16pi for the first part and 16pi/3 for the second part. Could someone check this for me?
